Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final once delivered in good condition. Cancellations for fresh floral arrangements or bespoke items must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
